Net course
A Norwegian version or an English/Norwegian version

This net course consists of 10 lessons following the same structure as the course at MusikkRom. You can go through the course at your own pace, and it can be watched together with your little one, or alone if you prefer.

Tegn og Trall Treff at MusikkRom
Are you curious about Tegn og Trall, but would like to see what it’s all about before maybe signing up?
Well, how about coming along to one of my Tegn og Trall Treff classes?
In these classes we sing some of the most popular T&T songs and use baby signs.
These classes give you a little taste of what T&T is about, but when it comes to learning
the basics of baby sign language,that is taught in more detail in my course 1.
If, after joining a TTT class, you feel inspired and you’d like to sign up for course 1,

Tegn og Trall Treff is also for former T&T parents and babies.

Tegn og Trall Course 1 at MusikkRom
Since August 2025, Mia and I have held our in-person Tegn og Trall courses at MusikkRom in Haakon VIIs gate 2,
the Oslo Philharmonic’s creative space for children and families.
Courses are held on Sundays. We meet once a week for a total of 10 lessons, with breaks during the school holidays.
One class lasts about an hour. We sing and sign for around 35 mins and at the end of the class there is time for questions and a little chat.
The course is in Norwegian.

Yes, there’s a Tegn og Trall Course 2! 🎵 It also consists of 10 lessons, but with new songs, signs and themes such as nursery, colours, weather, potty time and more animals. The Surprise Bag is swapped for the Surprise Box – but luckily Mia and I stay the same. 😉
Towards the end of Course 1, I ask everyone if they would like to continue. If enough families are interested, I set up Course 2. You are also very welcome to take Course 1 again.

Tegn og Trall Net course
This new net course follows the same structure as the course at MusikkRom and consists of 10 lessons.
My net course is a work in progress. The final product will also have a sign library with over 600 signs, a song library and an inspiration section with videos of signing babies… But so far the 10 full lessons are ready, so I’m offering the course at a reduced price.
I have made both a Norwegian version and an English/Norwegian version of the whole course. In the English/Norwegian version I talk and explain things in English, but we sing in Norwegian. So, if you don’t know much Norwegian, the course doubles up as a mini language course too! You’ll pick up a lot of Norwegian from all the songs!
Each lesson is split into 3 sections, A, B and C, making it easy for busy parents to watch one section before they have to whizz off to fix a nappy explosion…
The net course can be watched either together with your little one or alone – you then use what you learn in everyday life with your baby.
In the net course we’ll be singing and signing together, I’ll be sharing lots of tips when it comes to baby sign language, and there are lots of fun mini animations between the songs, making the course fun and colourful.
